ORDER as to AIDAN HARDING. As discussed on the record at the 5/4/2026 video status conference, Jury Selection and Trial are hereby set to begin on 10/19/2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 6C before Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan. The Court will issue a Pretrial Order setting forth specific dates for a pretrial conference and all pretrial deadlines. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the period prior to the start of trial, from May 4, 2026 to October 19, 2026, be deemed to be excluded under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161, et seq. ORDER as to AIDAN HARDING. As discussed on the record at the 4/17/2026 telephonic status conference and in light of Defendant retaining new counsel, the Court's 65 Pretrial Order is hereby VACATED, all pretrial deadlines set therein VOIDED, and the pretrial conference set for 5/4/2026, and jury selection and trial set to begin on 5/11/2026, all CANCELED. The Court will re-set all pretrial deadlines and a trial date by a future order of Court if and when the need arises. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, as a matter of clarification, prior to vacatur of the 65 Pretrial Order, time under the Speedy Trial Act was tolled through the beginning of trial on 5/11/2026, not 5/11/2025. The 2025 date represents a scrivener's error and the Court's intention to specifically exclude time prior to the start of trial in 2026 is apparent.
