MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Bruce G Macdonald: With permission and via directive from Judge Martinez, Status Conference as to Baron Cain Martin held on 1/6/2026. The parties discuss the on-going voluminous disclosure review. The 3/24/2026 trial date is vacated. Further hearings and deadlines set as indicated below. Should the parties get close to requesting a firm trial date, they will need to let Judge Martinez's chambers know and request a Status Hearing with her. As for now, see dates below. MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge James E Marner: Arraignment on the Superseding Indictment as to Baron Cain Martin held on 11/21/2025. Defendant's PRESENCE WAIVED. Counsel states the Defendant's true name to be the same. Counsel states the defendant enters plea of NOT guilty to all pending counts.
